David Friedman is a seasoned professional with 27 years of experience in building and leading RSI, a successful employee benefits consulting firm. Under his leadership, RSI received numerous awards for excellence and quality, including being named one of the Best Places to Work and Fastest Growing Privately-held Companies multiple times.
After selling RSI to Gallagher Benefit Services in 2008, David retired in 2010. His focus on creating an exceptional organizational culture led him to write the book 'Fundamentally Different' in 2011, outlining the path to a high-performance culture through organizational values, derived from his extensive leadership experience.
Currently, David Friedman is actively engaged in promoting his book, writing articles, and sharing his insights as a sought-after guest speaker, seminar leader, and consultant. His expertise lies in helping companies achieve optimal success by emphasizing the significance of leadership, organizational culture, and values.
David's educational background includes a BA in Philosophy from The College of William and Mary, along with schooling at Moorestown High School. He is the Founder/CEO of High Performing Culture and previously held the position of President at RSI.
