David Fleming

David Fleming is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Product Life Cycle Documentation (PLM) across a variety of industries. His skill set includes make/buy budgeting and analysis, reverse engineering, hands-on prototyping and testing, as well as strong project management and communication abilities.

David specializes in product design, electronic packaging, Geometric Dimension & Tolerance (GD&T) analysis, hardware design, design for manufacturability, and fuel, oil, and hydraulic systems. He has a background in electronics packaging, cable management design, electro-mechanical design, EMI, and fixture design, particularly focusing on ruggedized environments with high temperature and shock/vibration applications.
