With a background in MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Davidson College, David has a wealth of knowledge in financial structuring, strategic planning, valuation, and public and private company capital markets.

Previously holding key positions at renowned organizations, including PwC, New York Stock Exchange, and Cowen and Company, David has served in various roles such as Managing Director, VP, and Head of Capital Markets, demonstrating his expertise in banker engagement, IPO pricing, and overall IPO strategy.
