David DiPaola also operates DiPaola Consulting, LLC, where he specializes in leadership solutions, product design, and commercialization, particularly in electromechanical products and emerging technologies across various industries including automotive, industrial, biomedical/healthcare, defense, and consumer sectors.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, David has held significant leadership roles including VP of Global R&D for the sensors and controls division of TT Electronics, bringing a unique blend of vision, creativity, and technical expertise to drive sustainable growth.
