David Danson
David Danson, a former United States Marine Corps Infantryman turned professional businessman and environmentalist, is making a positive impact on the Tucson community through his various roles and experiences. After studying Emergency Medical First Responder at Palomar College, Associate of Arts (A.A.) at College of Southern Idaho, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at the University of Arizona, Danson pursued various professional paths that eventually led him to his current position as the Environment Domain Director at 4Tucson.
Before joining 4Tucson, Danson worked at Rocks and Ropes: The Bloc, where he provided sales and customer assistance, and utilized his interpersonal and communication skills. Having served as an Infantryman in the US Marine Corps, Danson acquired discipline, high level of fitness, accountability, and a can-do attitude towards tasks, all of which have been useful in his professional journey.
Currently, as the Environment Domain Director at 4Tucson, Danson promotes sustainable living and the conservation of natural resources. He collaborates with various organizations, stakeholders, and community members to achieve the organization’s mission of creating a healthy and harmonious environment. With his diverse and extensive background, Danson continues to be a valuable asset to Tucson and beyond.
