David Carney

David Carney, the CEO and President of Norway Hill Associates, Inc., has been actively involved in political efforts across all 50 states and at all levels of government for the past two decades.

With a background spanning complex project management and crisis communications, David Carney excels in providing creative, hard-hitting, and responsive issues management solutions for clients.

His areas of expertise include political campaign management, issue advocacy, national program management, special elections, crisis action response projects, and communications management.

David holds a Master's degree in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University, a Master's in Public Policy from New England College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.

Previously, he has served in key roles such as Intergovernmental Affairs at the US Senate Office of the Majority Leader, Deputy Executive Director at the National Republican Senatorial Committee, National Field Director and Director of Political Affairs for the Bush-Quayle '92 campaign, Special Assistant to the President at The White House, and Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of NH Gov. John H. Sununu.
