David Brearley

David Brearley is a seasoned technical services project manager at Mayfield Renewables, with a strong background in the solar energy industry.

Having served in various key roles including senior technical editor at SolarPro magazine and operations roles at Brandt Power & Energy and Meridian Solar, Brearley possesses a wealth of experience.

His journey in solar energy began in 2002 at the San Juan College Renewable Energy Program, where he studied PV System Design & Installation, earning a 4.0 in the Renewable Energy Certificate Program.

Brearley is a certified PV Installation Professional with NABCEP and has been actively involved with the organization since 2011, volunteering as an exam committee member.

Furthermore, he holds a Project Management Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin and currently serves as a board member for Solar Austin and the Texas Solar Energy Society, showcasing his dedication to the industry.
