David A. Blau

Before Cox, he was a senior accountant at Deloitte & Touche in Atlanta.12

Mr. Blau has extensive experience in communications and media businesses, including evaluating and integrating acquisitions. His experience, particularly at Cox, is expected to provide valuable perspective on the board's evaluation of media industry trends, opportunities, and strategic alternatives.2

In addition to SiriusXM and Liberty Media, Mr. Blau has previously served on the boards of BrightFarms, InSite Wireless, Ouster, Cognosos and the Chastain Park Conservancy.145
