David Blake

David Blake is an EdTech entrepreneur and investor based in the Greater Oxford Area. He served as Joint CEO of The Karta Initiative from September 2020 to July 2021, and then as Joint Chair of Trustees from June 2021 to June 2022.1

Blake's career in education technology spans over two decades. He co-founded and ran Boardworks for 17 years before selling it to GL Education.1 Currently, he is the Co-Founder and Director of Stylus Education, a position he has held since November 2023.1
