David Blackburn

David Blackburn is the President of R.J. Allen & Associates, Inc., a position he has held since January 2005.13 He is also the President of The Blackburn Group, LLC, which he founded in 2002.12 Blackburn graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi in 2000 and earned a Master’s in Accountancy in 2001.2 Before entering the commercial real estate development industry, he worked at Deloitte & Touche in Nashville, TN.2

Under his leadership, R.J. Allen & Associates has become one of the most respected commercial construction companies in the Southern United States, focusing on multi-family and retail construction markets.2 Additionally, The Blackburn Group has been recognized as one of Inc. 500’s Fastest Growing Private Businesses in America for five consecutive years.2 David Blackburn resides in Oxford, Mississippi, with his wife and two sons.2
