    David Bizeul is an information security veteran with a strong focus on making a positive impact within the security community.

    Throughout his career, David has achieved significant milestones such as publishing the first whitepaper on SIEM in 2005 and the first APT report in 2007.

    He has a track record of establishing key security initiatives including the creation of CERT Societe Generale in 2008 and Airbus Cyber CSIRT in 2012.

    David also founded the first Threat intel company in France in 2015, now a part of SEKOIA, where he introduced the first intelligence-driven SIEM as a service through SEKOIA.IO.

    His main drivers include creating useful tools for the security community, assisting individuals and organizations, building trust relationships, identifying connections in incidents or threats, and applying practical security solutions to resolve issues.

    David has presented at various security conferences such as Assises, FIC, FIRST, C4ESAR, EuroSec, and LinuxSolution, and has authored papers on diverse security topics ranging from Threat Intelligence to SIEM and APT.

    He holds a master's degree in IT and network engineering from Ecole supérieure d'Electronique de l'Ouest-ESEO ANGERS.

    Currently, David serves as the Chief Technology Officer at SEKOIA, having previously been the CEO and founder at inThreat, Head of CSIRT at Airbus Defence and Space, and led the CERT Societe Generale at Société Générale.

    Prior to these roles, he held positions as a Security Officer at Société Générale, Security Consultant in banks at Apogee Communications and Devoteam, and in ISPs at XP Conseil.

    David Bizeul is open to discussing a wide range of interesting security topics and credits his wife Gaelle Bizeul for capturing his professional endeavors through photography.
