David Andonian

David Andonian is the Founder and Managing Partner at Dace Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Concord, Massachusetts. With over 42 years of experience in operating executive roles, mergers and acquisitions, and investment, he has a strong background in growing companies in internet software, fintech, and marketing services. Throughout his career, Andonian has acquired or invested in more than 50 companies and has served on the boards of 28 technology companies, ranging from startups to publicly traded firms.

Before establishing Dace Ventures in 2006, he was a venture partner at Flagship Ventures and held the position of Chairman and CEO at Affinnova, a consumer marketing services company acquired by Nielsen. His earlier roles include President and COO at CMGI, where he was instrumental in the growth and IPOs of several companies, including Navisite and Engage. Additionally, Andonian has held significant positions at PictureTel and IBM, where he was the General Manager and VP of Worldwide Marketing for the PC Division.1
