David ALEXANDRE

David ALEXANDRE is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in the water and energy utilities sector, having held various senior management positions across multiple countries.

As the CEO of Tilia SAS and a shareholder and board member of Tilia Group GmbH, based in France and Germany, David has overseen the delivery of numerous large-scale strategic and performance projects for major national utilities in France and the US, as well as asset optimization projects in the Middle East and Central Europe.

Apart from his role at Tilia, he also serves as a Board Member and member of the Executive Committee of Miahona in Saudi Arabia, further showcasing his international leadership capabilities.

David's academic background includes a Master's degree in General Management and Urbanism from ESSEC Business School, as well as a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.

Throughout his career, David has demonstrated a profound ability to drive change and implement industry best practices, utilizing his multilingual skills in English, German, and French to effectively communicate and lead diverse teams towards shared goals.

David has also contributed his leadership skills to organizations like SEDE Benelux, EPAS INTERNATIONAL, and Delfluent B.V., where he held board memberships and chaired boards, showcasing his strategic acumen and collaborative approach.

Prior to his executive roles, David gained operational experience in key positions such as Deputy Manager Water Supply at Berliner Wasserbetriebe, Director Waterworks at Berliner Wasserbetriebe, and Ensign at Marine Nationale, highlighting his diverse skill set and hands-on operational knowledge.
