David Aktary

David Aktary is a tech and finance enthusiast, based in Austin, Texas. This Wall Street veteran has coached lacrosse at USC and had the privilege to work with Snoop. Besides, Aktary worked hard and beat cancer! Aktary is an accomplished entrepreneur who has founded three companies and was once a venture partner at Compostela Ventures.

Aktary's entrepreneurial experience includes his role as CEO of Erc Dex, and his prior role as Founder of Aktarytech and Onbrief. Prior to that, he held corporate positions such as Vice President of Production and Project Management at Threshold Interactive, Business Development Manager at IBM, and Software Engineer at Quantum Consultants.

Aktary achieved academic glory with a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an M.B.A. in Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Besides, Aktary studied at Esade, and did his bachelors at Duke and Michigan State University.

Notably, Aktary was also the Men's Lacrosse Head Coach at University of Southern California. He has interned at Academy Funds as a Venture Capital Intern and interned at J.P. Morgan as an MBA Summer Associate.

Aktary is an active member of the Project Management Institute, whose certifications are recognized around the world. He is passionate about building the tech and finance ecosystem and has led various initiatives to help entrepreneurs realize their dreams.
