David Adams

David Adams is a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Regulatory Group at Clifford Chance, focusing on US and cross-border financial services regulatory and enforcement work related to traditional and digital assets. His passion lies in exploring the convergence of technology, digital assets, and US financial regulatory frameworks.

David pursued a J.D. at the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law and The Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rhodes College.

Prior to joining Clifford Chance, David gained valuable experience as an Associate at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP and through the Summer Honors Program at the US Securities and Exchange Commission's Office of Investment Adviser Regulation. He also served as a Regulatory Analyst at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
