David Abricossow

David Abricossow is a highly experienced barrister and solicitor specializing in litigation and dispute resolution with a focus on commercial and property litigation, relationship property, trust, and estate disputes.

He possesses a comprehensive understanding of the civil litigation process and has expertise in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation.

David holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in History and Political Science from Victoria University of Wellington.

He also attended Tauranga Boys' College for his earlier education.

Currently, David serves as a Senior Associate at Morrison Kent Lawyers and has held various roles at Community Law Wellington and Hutt Valley / Te Whare Ture Hapori, including Trust Board Co Chair, Board Member, Trustee, and Volunteer Solicitor.

His prior experiences include positions at Parker & Associates Barristers and Solicitors, Johnston Lawrence Limited, as well as Senior Solicitor role at Russell McVeagh.
