David Durack

Georgia Tech Industrial Engineering student David Zhou is a rising star in the field of analytics and data science. With a passion for innovation, strategic planning, and data-driven decision making, Zhou aims to use his skills and expertise to drive end-to-end change in businesses and projects. Currently a student at Georgia Tech, he is set to graduate in December 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Analytics and Data Science.

Zhou has an impressive track record, having served as an Incoming Generalist Intern at The D. E. Shaw Group, where he gained valuable experience in the financial industry. He also showcased his leadership skills as the Chief Marketing Officer at Zeet, where he led marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness. Additionally, Zhou has made notable contributions to the tech community, having been a part of organizations such as HackGT, Inc. and Product Buds.

His passion for teaching and sharing knowledge is evident through his role as a Cs2316 Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the College of Computing at Georgia Tech. Zhou also gained valuable industry experience as a Program Manager at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, where he developed skills in operations analysis and performance. Furthermore, he has served as a Data Analyst at Variant and completed a co-op at Delta Air Lines as an Operations Analysis and Performance Co-Op.

Zhou's diverse background and expertise in analytics, data science, and strategic planning make him a sought-after professional. With a love for rock climbing, running, and studying finance, he brings a unique perspective and is always looking for opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals.
