Davi da Silva

Davi da Silva is a facilitator, organizational change agent, and management consultant with a keen interest in self-management and the future of work. With a background in information systems, electronics, positive psychology, and music theory, Davi brings a diverse skill set to his work.

He holds a Technician degree in Electronics from Fundação Escola Técnica Liberato Salzano Vieira da Cunha, a Postgraduate degree in Positive Psychology from PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos, and pursued studies in Music Theory and Composition at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul / UFRGS.

Currently, Davi da Silva serves as a Partner, Management Consultant, and Facilitator at Target Teal, where he helps companies and teams transition towards self-organization, autonomy, and empowerment for greater responsiveness. Previously, he held roles as an Agile Coach at Geekie, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Development Manager at Versul Tecnologias, and Software Developer at the same organization.
