I head up the People Business Partner team at Foursquare. We partner with leaders to deliver on business outcomes through talent practices. I partner directly with the executive team, including the CEO and leaders in Sales & Marketing, Engineering & Technology, Customer Success, Finance, People, and Legal.

Our responsibilities include:

- Oversaw product launches of innovative chromatography products for the biopharmaceutical market.  
- Penetrated and managed relationships with global key accounts with first-to-market products 
- Managed $2M multi-product line in North America and motivated key sales representatives to see the value of a hard-to-sell product among a portfolio of easy-to-sell products

- In-depth training on the downstream purification of biopharmaceutical production with a focus on initial clarification, chromatography, virus and sterile filtration

- Revised, localized and updated marketing materials such as data sheets, scientific papers and application notes.

Product Management Internship - Purification Technologies

- Responsible for the emotional, social, and physical well being of 60 undergraduate students. 
- Trained in conflict management and mediation, diversity education, administrative processes, and group cohesiveness. 
- Controlled floor safety, including execution of emergency plans in the event of crises. 
- Actively created and implemented social and educational programs to enrich student life.

Resident Adviser

- Performed stereotaxic surgery and perfusions on rodents and designed behavioral experiments to test effects of lesions of the amygdala on fear-learning. 
- Sliced and stained rodent brains and optimized images using electron microscope and analyzed results of surgery. 
- Delivered presentations about fear-learning and Valproaic Acid to groups of researchers and medical doctors and discovered results which helped determine the future direction of the fear learning project.

National Institutes of Mental Health

Summer Intramural Research Intern

- Compiled, processed, and organized data for various scholarships in OCA National Scholarship Competition. 
- Archived essential OCA information for historical database of past and ongoing OCA events. 
- Implemented filing processes on FileMaker to allow for efficient data access in both electronic and print databases. 
- Assisted in executing APIA Vote Campaign (Asian Pacific-Islander American) and the 2004 OCA National Convention.
