Started in Summer of '89 as a waiter for Joe and Scott Adeeb.  Worked my way through the kitchen and on the "Pit" eventually given the responsibility of Manager.  Truly a one of a kind experience working in the St. Augustine community and learning the fine secretes of the Bono's tradition.  Worked with a lot of great people at Bono's.  The baked beans, squash, onion rings, turkey salad, and turkey and pork sandwich were epic.
