Dave Sliwa

Dave Sliwa is a seasoned professional currently leading two engineering teams, Data Landing and Compute, at Adobe, focusing on supporting Adobe's Experience Platform.

His responsibilities involve overseeing the ingestion, validation, and cataloging of terabytes of data daily through technologies like Spark, Scala, Java, Kafka, and Iceberg to ensure seamless data flow without loss.

Dave's expertise lies in managing and developing custom software applications, with over 20 years of experience in the online SaaS industry.

Before joining Adobe, he co-founded AdReady and served as VP of Engineering, where he pioneered integrating custom creatives with premium inventory sources.

Prior to that, he played a key role at Classmates, contributing to the development and scaling of the platform to accommodate 100 million members.

Dave holds a BA in Management Information Sciences from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
