Dave's background includes serving in various roles in the United States Air Force, City of Great Falls Police Department, The United Nations international peacekeeping mission in Kosovo, Montana Gambling Investigation Bureau, U.S. Federal Air Marshal Service, and as a Director of Security Operations in the private sector.

His expertise spans criminal and civil investigations, tactical operations, risk assessments, training, regulatory compliance, patrol operations, and aviation security. Dave has managed large multi-disciplinary teams, enforcing criminal law, securing facilities, and directing peacekeeping efforts, showcasing his leadership skills.

Dave Skinner's educational background includes studies in Law Enforcement at FLETC, the Montana Law Enforcement Academy, Criminal Justice/Police Science at the US Air Force, Criminal Justice at Colorado Technical University, and Business Management at Oswego High School.
