Dave Scaglione

Dave Scaglione is currently the Director of Commercial Product at RxWare, based in the Charlotte Metro area.1 He joined RxWare in this role in August 2023.

Prior to his current position, Dave held several other roles in the healthcare and technology sectors:

• Senior Product Manager at Avaneer Health from December 2022 to August 2023, where he was responsible for creating and managing their Solutions Exchange marketplace platform.1

• Product Developer in the Incubation Studio at CoverMyMeds from April 2017 to April 2018, where he launched an MVP for a new Specialty medication platform.1

Dave has a background in product management, with expertise in Agile methodologies. He is passionate about solving market problems in the software industry.1

Regarding his education, Dave holds:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Toccoa Falls College (1995-2000)
• A Master's Degree in Management from Southern Wesleyan University (2007-2008), where he graduated Magna Cum Laude1

He also has certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) and Pragmatic Marketing.1

Dave is proficient in Spanish at a professional working level and is a native English speaker.1
