Throughout his career, Dave has held several key positions in reputable organizations, showcasing his expertise in compliance, operations, and general counsel roles. He currently serves as the General Counsel at Assured Investment Management. His previous positions include Chief Compliance Officer at Assured Investment Management, Chief Operating Officer at Stabilis Capital Management, LP, Partner & General Counsel at White Oak Global Advisors, LLC, and General Counsel at Greywolf Capital Management LP. Dave also has experience from his time at GSC Group, Schulte Roth & Zabel, Dechert LLP, and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
