His proficiencies extend to PV site assessment, project estimating, navigating state and federal incentives programs, utility applications, permitting packages, design, system commissioning, DAS setup, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting PV systems.

A significant milestone in Dave's career includes setting up and effectively managing a branch location for a prominent solar installer in Massachusetts. This endeavor involved establishing solar installation crews, vehicle logistics, warehouse operations, project management, and the implementation of operational policies necessary for seamless installations in the South Shore and neighboring regions.
