Dave Nichols

Dave Nichols is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in entrepreneurship, particularly in technology, agriculture, and energy startups.

Having initiated his career in 2005, coinciding with the rise of socially responsible investing, Dave has actively contributed to projects related to carbon credits in developing nations under the Kyoto Protocol.

His expertise evolved from carbon trading to clean-tech finance, where he spearheaded the execution of clean-tech initiatives spanning energy and agriculture sectors.

Dave pursued his education by completing an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Delaware.

Currently, he serves as the Director of Strategy at AppHarvest and has previously held the position of Managing Director at Pangea Capital Partners.
