Dave Mashburn is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in real estate development, design, construction, finance, and management of large and small projects across the country.

Throughout his career, Dave has successfully led the development of over 200 hotels, resorts, entertainment venues, retail spaces, and mixed-use projects, amounting to a total of over $3 billion in development.

His expertise extends to handling complex entitlements and incentives for large-scale projects, and he boasts a vast network of industry contacts spanning feasibility consultants, franchises, architects, engineers, planners, interior designers, brokers, suppliers, investors, and financiers.

Dave Mashburn specializes in public-private partnerships for the development of conference centers and hotels, as well as navigating public incentive programs, development agreements, and partnerships.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Central Missouri.
