With an educational background encompassing a Master's degree in Philosophy from The Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Carleton College, and extensive diverse studies from institutions like DePaul University and the University of Chicago Charter School, Dave possesses a well-rounded academic foundation.
Dave's career aspirations involve transitioning to a non-academic role focusing on ethical matters concerning food or climate, driven by a belief in the importance of addressing contemporary challenges that will impact human societies in the future.
His professional experience includes roles such as being a Shift Lead and Stocker at Seward Community Co-op, a Bread Baker at Woodberry Kitchen, and various teaching and consultant positions at Johns Hopkins University.
Moreover, Dave has a history of diverse internships and roles, including positions at Phillips Academy, Northwestern University, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Passionate about societal issues, Dave has also contributed as a Community Volunteer at the University of Chicago Collegiate Scholars Program.
