Dave Kramer is a highly experienced and accomplished senior leader with expertise in climate change and sustainability. He has led and managed mission-driven teams in the US and internationally, and his areas of expertise include change management, innovation, group facilitation, and coaching. Fluent in Spanish, he has a deep-rooted passion for Colombia, which brought him to found The Colomb¡a R¡s¡ng Project. Kramer has a unique perspective that enables him to make exciting and thoughtful connections between people and ideas. He studied MPP, Environment, International Development, Social Entrepreneurship from Harvard Kennedy School, and BA, English, Education from Dartmouth College. Kramer's professional experience includes roles such as Program Director of Planet Texas 2050 at The University of Texas at Austin, Instructor at Impact Academy, Senior Manager at Verra, among others. He is renowned for his easy-going sense of humor, team-building skills, mentoring, and his passion for making a difference.
