David Kobrenski

Dave Kobrenski is a multifaceted artist with a diverse background in music, ethnomusicology, illustration, and painting.

He studied Music and Ethnomusicology through private study in West Africa under various teachers, and pursued Illustration and Painting at Syracuse University.

Dave is known for his role as a musician and songwriter in the Donkilo! Afro Funk Orkestra, where he shares his musical talents with the audience.

His previous engagements include serving as the Artistic Director and performer at the Landaya Ensemble, demonstrating his leadership and artistic skills.

Dave also has experience as an Owner at BBM Designs, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and creativity in the design field.

Furthermore, he has worked as the Director and Performer at Black Bear Moon, further highlighting his involvement and contribution to the arts and entertainment industry.
