Dave Hoover

Dave Hoover is the Founder and CEO of Red Squirrel Technologies, a software development firm focused on unlocking human potential. He has co-authored books on smart contract development and software craftsmanship. Transitioning from psychology to technology, Dave is passionate about nurturing technologists' growth and adaptability in fast-changing ecosystems. He played key roles in creating and selling Obtiva, Mad Mimi, and Dev Bootcamp. An active angel investor, he supports various portfolio companies and enjoys outdoor activities like climbing, skiing, running, and jumping. Dave holds a BA in Psychology from Wheaton College and an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University.
