Dave Carswell

Dave Carswell is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse professional background. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo and further pursued his studies with an MBA in Business Management from Medaille College.

Throughout his career, Dave has held various roles within the field of commercial real estate. Most recently, he has been the Managing Director at Largo Capital, Inc., where he provides creative capital for private CRE owners and developers in the greater New York Metro area. He has a keen focus on insurance co-correspondent relationships, non-recourse permanent institutional first mortgages, and acquisition/construction/bridge financing for all asset classes.

Before he joined Largo Capital, Dave held positions within McGuire Development Company as the Assistant Vice President of Development & Acquisitions, Director of Development, and Calamar Enterprises as a Leasing Executive, managing commercial real estate portfolios. Additionally, he's gained experience in business development at Gridway Energy Corp., Ziphany, and Marker Systems.

Dave kickstarted his professional career as an Ocean Rescue volunteer at the Village of Saltaire. He demonstrates a passion for real estate and has amassed expertise in various fields including business sales and marketing, leasing negotiations, and corporate development.
