Dave Armento

Dave Armento is a highly experienced real estate professional and early-stage venture capitalist with over two decades of expertise in these fields. Mr. Armento has leased and developed more than 5 million square feet of commercial property and played a key role in implementing over $1.1 billion in sellouts and financing deals in his career thus far.

Mr. Armento studied Civil Engineering at Pennsylvania State University and continued his studies at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania to receive an MBA in Finance. After earning his degrees, Mr. Armento entered the workforce and quickly made a name for himself as a leader in the real estate and venture capital fields.

Over the years, Mr. Armento has founded and co-founded several notable companies, including Sun Suites Hotels, Avalon Networks, and Bastille Networks, and has been the CEO of WebTone Technologies. He has also served as a marketing principal at Trammell Crow Company and worked as a civil engineer for Colonial Pipeline Company.

Currently, Mr. Armento is the owner of New Dominion Real Estate and formerly worked as the Principal at Private Investments. His extensive experience in real estate and early-stage venture funding makes him a highly sought-after consultant and strategist in these fields.
