Dave Annoni is a highly experienced professional in Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Integration, Divestitures, and Carve Outs.

He has a strong background in leadership roles, overseeing the integration of acquired companies, separating divesting companies, and driving value through cost reduction strategies.

With a vast expertise in Executive Level QA and Testing Strategy, Dave has led various initiatives in complete outsourced, dual shore, TCOE Shared Services build out, including negotiating large-scale purchases and rollouts of HP ALM Product Suite.

His international experience includes operations in Hyderabad and Bangalore, India, as well as Beijing, China, managing Dual Shore Test and Development setups.

Dave Annoni's skill set also encompasses Agile Frameworks, Agile Transformations, Vendor and Contract Management, Release Management, and Enterprise Test Director responsibilities.

He has a rich educational background, having studied Jazz and Music Performance at Berklee College of Music and Combs College of Music, respectively.
