Dave Adamski is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Field Engineering Sales at Proofpoint, overseeing Systems Engineers across 13 states in the Midwest region.

With over 18 years of experience at Cisco Systems, Dave transitioned to Proofpoint to explore new opportunities and contribute to a company experiencing rapid growth in the cybersecurity industry.

Starting his career at Cisco as a Route/Switch systems engineer, Dave's expertise evolved as he specialized in route/switch, collaboration/IP telephony, and data center technologies.

Dave's dedication to networking extended to teaching Cisco Network Academies classes and eventually transitioning into a managerial role at Cisco, where he led a team driving $90M in annual product bookings.

With a passion for solving complex challenges, Dave focuses on delivering comprehensive solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate product quality.

In his leisure time, Dave enjoys staying active through sports like golf and skiing, even accomplishing a lifelong goal of Helicopter Skiing in British Columbia.

Dave holds Bachelor's degrees in Information Technology and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
