Dasun Kanchana

Dasun Kanchana is a skilled professional with over 3 years of experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Process implementation using UIPath, along with expertise in designing, building, and implementing analytical and enterprise applications using machine learning and Python.

With a strong background in traditional statistical modeling and various Machine Learning techniques and algorithms such as Regression, clustering, ensembling (random forest, gradient boosting), and deep learning (neural networks), Dasun has a comprehensive understanding of these complex systems.

Additionally, Dasun has a proven track record of preparing detailed reports, including Defect Statistics and Tracking for regular status updates, and conducting tool evaluations and feasibility studies to determine the most suitable automation tools for RPA implementations.

Furthermore, Dasun has demonstrated the ability to create customized scripts and integrate them with Automation Anywhere to automate various processes, as well as performing stress tests on BOT scripts to ensure scalability and stability of the RPA code.

Dasun's professional experience spans across different methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, showcasing a deep understanding of Iterative and Evolutionary principles in project management.

Educationally, Dasun holds a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from IESL College of Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Statistics, and Mathematics from the University of Peradeniya, and has studied at Rajapaksa Central College in Sri Lanka.
