In addition,  oversee the sales and delivery of consulting services to implement Noetix BI solutions for customers.  

• Managed the creation of the Noetix Generator and Noetix Dashboard product families from conception through release for multiple products providing integration with IBM Cognos, SAP Business Objects, OBI EE and Microsoft BI.
• Managed all development of NoetixViews for Oracle E-Business Suite.

 Contributed extensively in sales cycle, communicating Onyx technology strategy and direction to major customers and prospects.

 Supervised localization into 5 additional languages, including both single-byte and double-byte localization.
 Supervised entire development process (from conceptualization through specification and design and implementation) of two completely new products in a new line of business.  These included a web-commerce / job management product and an internet enabled media asset management product.
 Shipped multiple releases of 6 printing and publishing products, including the market leading client-server print management product, a cross-platform trapping product, and an award-winning imposition application.

- Managed all technical, operational, and administrative functions for Luminous Corporation, as a subsidiary company, after its acquisition by Imation.   Supervisory responsibility for more than 60 employees.  Budgetary oversight for $14 million annual budget.

- Led the Executive Team responsible for defining product strategies, sales and marketing strategies, and financial objectives. Led the creation and tracking of annual and quarterly business plans.

- Active member of Executive Team that defined product strategy, business goals and objectives, sales forecasting and marketing prioritization.

- Managed development, documentation, QA, localization and technical support for 2 distinct product families, totaling 8 different products, on Windows NT, Windows 95 and Macintosh platforms.

- Managed development, documentation, QA and technical support for Frame’s family of Document Life Cycle Management Products.  Grew staff from 8 employees to 35, overseeing annual budget of $3.4 million.
- Established software engineering processes, including design reviews, code inspections, and quality assurance planning and execution.
- Expanded development staff from 4 engineers to 15 engineers, coordinating all recruiting, hiring and training of new developers.  Coordinated multi-site development and multi-site QA efforts across 3 locations
