Daryl Fox is a seasoned senior executive and content leader with over 25 years of experience in content creation, digital product development, process improvement, and program management. He has extensive expertise in acquiring, developing, marketing, and selling digital and print content worldwide. Daryl has been instrumental in transforming speculative concepts into highly profitable ventures, accelerating ROI, and positioning businesses for successful acquisitions, staying ahead of competitors with his entrepreneurial spirit.

Daryl studied for his M.B.A at the London School of Economics and Political Science and completed his M.A in Liberal Arts at Southern Methodist University. He also has a B.A in English and German from Miami University, reflecting his strong academic background.

With a passion for innovation, Daryl has built next-generation interactive eLearning object and course creation platforms on open standards to ensure integration with the best-in-class assessment, analytics, CMS, and LMS applications. He has benchmarked companies in the higher education industry and consistently grown editorial portfolios, surpassing P&L goals, personally signing dozens of market-leading print and digital titles, and expanding several franchises.

In his most recent role, Daryl served as Senior Vice President: STEM at Hayden-McNeil, an international education company within Macmillan Learning. He was also the Chief Content Officer at Knowbly Learning Systems, the Executive Editor for Workforce Readiness & Corporate Learning at Pearson plc, and SVP of Publisher & Content Strategy at CourseSmart, among other roles.
