Darren Watts

Darren Watts is a talented videographer, journalist, editor, and content creator with over a decade of experience working with clients across various industries. He began his professional journey studying Magazine Journalism & Electronic Publishing at Hoxton Bibliotech, followed by an MA Honours in English Literature and Philosophy at the University of Glasgow. Darren's expertise spans from producing to filming and editing videos, scripting storyboards, and conducting interviews, working on projects ranging from university courses to fashion events, charity awareness films to record launches, and music business conferences. Though based in Glasgow, he is open to traveling both locally and internationally for work. Darren offers a range of services that include sourcing music, voiceovers, stock footage, and multi-camera event shoots. As a former journalist, he brings a unique perspective that leads to the development of scripted storyboards and effective communication with interviewees. Darren's work has been featured for a variety of clients including the University of Glasgow, Moët & Chandon, Yell, Codebase, and Tanami, among others.
