Darren Sandberg brings over 25 years of experience in developing, executing, and investing in growth strategies for emerging technology companies.

He held various operating positions at CIML LLC and was a Board Member, a holding company for Channel Intelligence acquired by Google.

As a Managing Director at Actua, Darren spent over 10 years as a private equity and venture investor, focusing on SaaS-based technology companies.

At Actua, he was responsible for sourcing potential investments, leading acquisitions, conducting business model due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-acquisition growth acceleration.

Darren's career started at Andersen in their enterprise division, and he has a unique strength in identifying promising companies, technologies, and people to help them achieve their vision.

With educational backgrounds from Penn State University and Brigham Young University, Darren Sandberg currently serves as the Managing Partner at Dreamit Ventures.

He has previously held roles such as CFO / COO at myList, Board Director at acquirgy, Channel Intelligence, ClickEquations, and WhiteFence, and Managing Director at Actua Corporation.
