Darren Llb is a corporate governance and compliance expert who graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a degree in Law. He has also obtained a master's degree in Corporate Governance from the University of Manchester. Before joining Oakwood, Darren was a part of a management team focused on entity management in a highly respected international law firm. During his time there, Darren excelled in handling company secretarial matters, specializing in compliance-related to Southern Europe, Latin America, and Non-US America. Darren is highly skilled in subsidiary management, corporate law, corporate governance, project management, drafting, compliance, cross-border transactions, and is passionate about diversity and inclusion.

At Oakwood, Darren is a Company Secretarial Assistant, where he manages a broad range of company secretarial matters for various large multi-national corporations. His experience and expertise have made him an invaluable member of the Oakwood team.
