He is a successful team builder who has created clear strategic visions and built teams committed to achieving them. He has also developed appropriate measurement and reward systems to ensure that the vision is realized through strengthened customer relations, business growth, and increased business value.

While serving as the President and CEO of Consumer Product Services and President of Product Remanufacturing Centers, Darren managed client relationships, created processes, oversaw operations, developed business, and enhanced service and product sales. With his proven ability to gain contracts from some of North America’s largest Consumer Product manufacturers and retailers, he has established strategic long-term relationships.

Darren has developed his proprietary processes over the years, employing them to create and provide full-scale remanufacturing programs for some of the world’s largest consumer product manufacturers. He has successfully operated and managed multiple North American remanufacturing facilities, totaling more than 2 million square feet and staffing over 600 people. He is recognized for his ability to build cohesive team structures that produce the highest quality remanufactured products with remarkable productivity and recovery levels.

As the President and CEO of Recommerce Group, Inc., Darren continues to use his expertise in the industry to expand his unique Global Secondary Market sales network, which includes Discount Retailers, Salvage Centers, Discount Home Centers, Hardware Chains, Appliance Dealers, and Online “E-Tailers” who continually purchase and resell "Recommerce" remanufactured products.
