Darren Jew is an award-winning Australian photographer known for his stunning ocean photography. He has a background in photography, having studied Ass. Dipl at Queensland College of Art.

Darren is the founder of Whales Underwater and has held various roles in different organizations, including Director at Foto Frenzy, Owner at Living Image, Seasonal Whale swimming photo tour guide at WhaleSwim Adventures, Managing Editor at Living Planet Magazine, and Photographer at Queensland National Parks and Wildlife Service.

His experience also includes working as a Photographer's Assistant at David McCarthy Photography, Darkroom Technician at Takarrakka Rock Art Research Centre, and Lab Technician at Chromatek Colour Laboratory.

With a passion for the ocean and a keen eye for photography, Darren Jew continues to inspire others through his work capturing the beauty of marine life and nature.
