Darla Finchum is an accomplished professional with a and extensive background in the insurance industry. Prior to her current role as the Leading the Top 15 US Property & Casualty carrier, she was the SVP & Head of MetLife Auto & Home at MetLife, where she oversaw the management of $3.7B in premiums. She is currently leading a large-scale transformation including the re-platforming of the entire operating ecosystem to a cloud-based solution, which will ultimately introduce new products and an omni-channel customer experience that will be the first of its kind in the industry.
Finchum has a Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, as well as a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
In her previous roles, Finchum held various leadership positions at MetLife, including Chief Claim Officer, Vice President Claims and Customer Centricity, Vice President Services, and Vice President at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
