Darius Polok

Darius Polok is a seasoned managing director with extensive experience in the non-profit industry. He currently leads iac Berlin, a non-profit organization that supports impact-driven networks and coordinates the Bosch Alumni Network, a community of alumni, partners, and staff members of the Robert Bosch Stiftung. Prior to that, he was the managing director of MitOst e.V., a Berlin-based NGO involved in cultural exchange, active citizenship, sustainable urban development, and cohesion in Europe and its neighboring regions.

Thanks to his expertise in program development and coordination, Darius has played a critical role in creating fellowship programs such as Theodor-Heuss-Kolleg, Cultural Managers from CEE, Tandem, and Actors of Urban Change. Over the years, he has worked as a consultant and evaluator for various foundations and public institutions.

Darius is a passionate individual with a solid educational background. He earned his degree in Slavic studies and Philosophy from prestigious universities such as Bochum, Wrocław, and Potsdam. Darius Polok is an accomplished leader whose expertise enables him to transform people and organizations positively.
