In addition to his professional skills, he is known for his upbeat and positive disposition, enabling him to build lasting relationships across diverse backgrounds.
Currently, Darius is engaged in consultancy projects with drinks startups and breweries, sharing his expertise to foster their growth and success. He is also independently exploring CO2 capture from fermentation and Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), with a focus on future food systems for affordable, nutritious produce within a circular economy. Darius is passionate about discovering opportunities for new ventures in these emerging sectors.
