Their role out of the REALMANAGE/CIRA software was a personal nightmare for my clients. The accounting department was let go, and moved to HQ in Texas. There will be no "Same Day" checks.  Actively manage Members, Tenants, Vendors, Government Agencies, and Property.  Correspond with the Board of Directors, Legal, Accounting, and Members.  Present quotes and monitor contractors to provide services ranging from emergency repairs to daily operations.   Led specialty projects such as sea wall replacement, termite tenting, 5-story exterior concrete repair/replacement, and mold remediation.   Monitor day-to-day operations of properties and projects.   Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for all communities.

Tall Bridge Asset Backed Fund LP is a direct hard money lender hit by the economic crisis and which, due to various circumstances, became the owner of 300+ properties nationwide.   Since 2012, Tall Bridge has been responsible for the management and disposition of these properties/projects.  Projects include:
-Rehabbing/renting of 42 condo units within an 80-unit, semi-rent-controlled building
-Ground-up construction of multiple, "million dollar" home development; 
-The conversion of a failing marina into 5 individual waterfront lots for resale at a time when the Government was not fond of losing marinas after Super Storm Sandy.
-The rehab/fix & flip of hundreds of distressed single and multi-family investment properties into cash-flowing rental communities nationwide.
*Position required the running of many Board of Director, multifamily associations from Dallas to New York to Florida.
