Darik Cruz

Darik Cruz is a highly educated individual with a background in law and academia. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a focus on Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law, a Juris Doctor degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.

With a robust academic career, Darik Cruz has served as an Associate Professor at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. He has also held various administrative roles within the institution, including Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Affairs at the College of Business Administration as well as Acting Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Affairs.

In addition to his academic endeavors, Darik Cruz has diverse legal experience. He has worked as a Municipal judge within the Judicial Branch of Puerto Rico, an Attorney at Law and Notary Public at Luis Perez Lebron Law Office, and as In House Counsel at Westernbank. This wealth of experience has enriched his understanding of legal processes and practices.
