Daria Lucchesi is an accomplished entrepreneur and former collegiate athlete with a passion for designing businesses that fuel current and future athletes. Having won the Division 1 Lacrosse National Championship with James Madison University, Daria understands what it takes to build a winning team. She is a risk-taker with an unwavering belief that business can make a positive change in the world.

Daria has a diverse educational background that includes studying Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Real Estate at Polley Associates Real Estate School, as well as attending The Lawrenceville School and Methacton High School. She has held various internships, including Digital Technology & Financial Intern at QualTek, Finance/Accounting Intern at The Innovation Renaissance, and Finance Intern at Wesselt Capital Group Inc.

Daria is the CEO and founder of Pro Theory, a company that focuses on building businesses that enhance athlete performance. Previously, she founded Lax Ops, an endeavor aimed at supporting and improving the sport of lacrosse. Daria is driven by her desire to leave a positive impact on the world of athletics and inspire the next generation of players.
