Daren Martin

Daren Martin is an expert in company culture and employee engagement. He is a chief culture architect, global speaker, and bestselling author who advises companies on how to create an "epic" company culture that engages, energizes, and empowers employees. With a PhD and MA in Psychology, Martin has spoken to a variety of industries, including Financial, Oil and Gas, Hospitality, Medical, Retail, and Manufacturing, as well as Franchises and Associations. He has authored the book "A Company of Owners," which has been called "the best book since Good to Great." Martin has also instructed and consulted for various organizations, including KPMG, Lockheed Martin, and HollyFrontier Corporation.
